CJC Technologies began developing software for the commercial real estate sector in 2004 after realizing the need for intuitive and streamlined communication. Our cloud based system is designed to make access to information simple and centralized for the life cycle of the loan.

Why are so many commercial lenders turning to CJC? It helps that the company understands the lending process, and the need for real-time access to every aspect of the loan cycle at any given time. From pre-application to closing, the CJC team is there to simplify your workload, and maximize your capabilities.

Our software was developed by industry professionals who understand both the need for a comprehensive program to facilitate communication, and the realization that there simply wasn’t a satisfactory solution to fulfill those needs.

Brett Williams / President

After completing his MBA, Brett started his career in 1997 with Univest Financial Services. There, he supported conduit and seasoned portfolio due diligence engagements domestically and internationally, including engagements in Buenos Aires, Argentina; Sao Paulo, Brazil; Mexico City, Mexico; and Stuttgart, Germany.

Ultimately, Brett relocated to Tokyo to help open the Japan office of Univest International, a joint venture between Univest and Fortress Investments. While in Japan, he began developing and marketing a bilingual web-based system designed to assist in the delivery of data to the rating agencies.

Upon returning to the US, Brett led a team of professionals in the development of a web-based system (“O2S”) to support Univest’s CMBS clients’ commercial real estate lending and disposition activities, including an affiliated company.

In 2001, GMAC Commercial Mortgage acquired Univest. Brett took this team to Commercial Capital Initiatives (CII), a GMACCM Company where they continued to expanded the application’s usage, including building feeds from legacy systems.

Brett founded CJC Worldwide Technologies, LLC in 2004 based upon the conviction that his team could deliver unique, creative solutions to real challenges in the industry. Brett’s experience during the “dot com” era, specifically in the commercial real estate sector, fostered a motivation to build a company for long term value generation in addition to value for clients, shareholders, and employees alike.

Kent Waltman / Principal

Beginning his career at Univest Financial Services in 1991, Kent worked to sell and manage international engagements in South America and Europe. After the successful sale of Univest to GMAC Commercial Mortgage in 2001, Kent went on to work with Greystone Servicing Corporation, and Fannie Mae.

As Director in the Structured Transactions Group at Fannie Mae, Kent negotiated and administered credit facilities for institutional real estate investors throughout the United States.

Prior to joining CJC, Kent served as a Senior Vice President at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, working directly with loan officers in 26 full-service production offices in order to manage Fannie Mae (multifamily) loan production on a nationwide basis.

While at Grandbridge, Kent was involved in all facets of the Fannie Mae DUS lending platform, and assisted Grandbridge in consistently being recognized as a Top 10 DUS lender based upon annual origination volume.

Given his experience in the marketplace, and his knowledge of CJC’s core client base and history, Kent was recruited to join his former Univest colleagues at CJC in 2010 as a principal in the firm.

Raj Mehta / Managing Director – Head of Relationship Management

As Head of Relationship Management, Raj is responsible for Client Management as well as the firm’s Advisory Practice which provides strategic and tactical guidance to client’s seeking to address implementation, adoption, and integration challenges.

Prior to joining CJC Technologies in 2012, Raj spent time at JP Morgan, Bank of America & Credit Suisse delivering industry leading CRE origination, analytics, and bespoke trading solutions. Prior to his time on Wall Street, Mr. Mehta worked in the Business Technology office at McKinsey & Company where he focused on developing process reengineering strategies and governance protocols aimed at improving client operational and financial performance.

Mr. Mehta holds an M.S. in Real Estate from Columbia University and is an active member of CREFC and the MBA.

Drew Johnson / Chief Technology Officer

After graduating with a degree in Computer Science, Drew began his career as a programmer at a private software company in Tennessee. From there he moved into the government sector in Virginia Beach, leading modeling and simulation efforts for various environmental and terrorism response preparedeness exercises.

Upon moving to Washington, D.C., Drew provided technical leadership, cyber-security expertise, and program management to projects with the Dept. of Justice and Homeland Security, as well as intelligence projects for various U.S. government agencies.

In 2007, Drew relocated back to Tennessee as Director of Software Engineering at a LexisNexis company in the payment processing and vital records space. Prior to joining CJC, he also acted as Chief Technology Officer for a healthcare technology company based in Nashville, TN.

Drew joined CJC Technologies as Chief Technology Officer in 2014.

Brunswick Lowe / Director of Product Services

Brunswick began working with business software during his first career in state government relations in Tennessee, working directly with legislative tracking and reporting systems. He also developed communications tools for management of grassroots organizations and special interest groups.

He fully transitioned his career into software as a solution developer and business analyst, working to create content management systems and payer systems for third-party administrators of behavioral healthcare organizations. Brunswick continued as a business analyst working with state government software for healthcare benefits eligibility and the issuance and sale of state licenses.

As his software career has progressed, Brunswick has provided increasing levels of leadership and management, overseeing functional teams of business analysts, quality assurance and project managers.

Brunswick joined CJC in 2015 as Director of Product Services, where he manages our scheduling process and manages the teams that make up our Product Services group.
